How the database is wired

Every entry sits in one layer and carries a set of themes: a disease family, a technology class, a production system, a discipline. Themes are the only join. Open a disease and the Atlas returns the solutions that address it, the research areas behind those solutions, the people and facilities that hold them, the systems where the disease bites, and the stakeholders who decide about it. The same works from any direction, which is why nothing here is ranked.

What members are asked to do

Pick their own themes from the controlled list, confirm their affiliation, and add facilities and solutions they can offer to the network. Members are the only reliable source for those four things, so the Atlas asks for exactly them and derives everything else.

Traceability

Thematic entries carry the MoU section they come from. Entries marked MoU deliverable are the Action's own commitments, taken from the Technical Annex deliverable table rather than invented for the Atlas.
